Textbooks
- Full refunds are only given at the beginning of a semester.
- New books must be unmarked and used books in saleable condition.
- Shrink wrapped books must still be in the shrink wrap.
- Books must bear our price tag and be accompanied by our cash register receipt.
- Student must have a valid NIU student ID.
